1930s vintage kitchen scoop advertising Airy Fairy Flour for cake & biscuits

Rust spotted but super cute vintage flour bin scoop with embossed advertising for Airy Fairy Cake Flour and Airy Fairy Kwik Bis-Kit Flour. This might clean up pretty well with a very fine steel wool polish - I've left it just as I found it.
