1940s vintage Western Germany pottery plates, majolica style botanical leaf & strawberry

Beautiful vintage German majolica pottery plates with colored maple leaves and alpine strawberries, very detailed texture. This is a set of six plates 8 1/4" in diameter.

They're late 1940s vintage, marked Western Germany (post WWII). One plate has a chip and there are a few little glaze chips over the set - but overall, a very good lot, nice and bright without staining.
