Birch Grove antique original watercolor painting 1909 artist signed winter woods cabin homestead landscape

'Birch Grove', signed J Huebner, dated 1909. I believe this is an original watercolor, not a print. I have not been able to find out anything about this picture or the artist - all I know for certain is that it came out of an estate in the Green Lake, Wisconsin area.

The matting is obviously newer than the 1909 date on the art, and though the frame is vintage, again - it's not as old as 1909. The frame is very worn, though the mat and the art itself look good.

This measures about 8 3/4" tall x 33" long over the frame - it's a 'yard long' style, long and thin - but not actually a full yard. It's a lovely scene, moody yet full of light, a quiet, simple homestead in the birch forest.
