Dorothy Thorpe wide silver band glassware, pair tall skinny champagne flute bud vases

Mid century mod vintage silver band champagne flutes or bud vases... this is a pair of glasses 10 1/2" tall. The silver is dark with tarnish, but there doesn't appear to be any wear to the silver. I don't believe these were ever used.
