EAPG vintage glass stand for cruet set or salt & pepper with two antique glass jars

Nice old glass table stand for condiments or a cruet set or maybe salt and pepper shakers. The jars here are not the same pattern as the stand, but they fit pretty well and came to me this way, so I'm including them with the stand for you!

The stand is in very good condition without damage. The jars have no lids, and the rims are rough though they have no serious chips or cracks.

I haven't been able to track down either of these glass patterns or their makers. I'd expect they're over a hundred years old as they're out of an estate with things packed away for several generations.
