Eastlake antique oak towel bar rack, chip carved wood w/ wooden acorns

Beautiful handmade oak towel rack, chip carved oak with carved wood acorns at the ends. Eastlake period, this is late 1800s or early 1900s vintage.

This is out of an estate here in Wisconsin, and has an old world German style to it. It would have held towels (with fancy embroidered or lace edged over towel on top) at a sink or wash basin.

It measures 10" across the towel bar, 16" across the entire width.This one's been very well cared for over the years, much polished, no damage.
