English brass tray w/ Neptune king of the ocean, vintage wall hanging charger plate

Vintage brass charger plate with Neptune or Poseidon, mythological God of the Seas. He's depicted here with legs, not a mermaid (merman?).

This is hand tooled, solid brass, made in England. It's about 13" in diameter, nicely sized for a wall hanging or a tray.
