solid brass tray w/ tooled star, vintage serving tray or wall art charger plate

Beautiful heavy tooled brass charger or tray... this is a vintage piece, solid brass, handmade. It's not marked or signed that we could see. It's probably from the Middle East or India, we think?

It's about 14" overall diameter, nicely tarnished, not bright and shiny. This would make a lovely wall art piece when it's not in use as a tray!
