Georgian Dominion pattern glass vase / punch bowl stand, vintage LE Smith

Hard to find glass stand for the LE Smith Dominion pattern punch bowl - this is made to double as a rose vase, as shown in the first photo.

It's about 5 1/2" tall x 8 1/4" across the wide end. There's no chips or damage, it's in very nice condition.
