Occupied Japan hand painted ceramic S&P shakers set, vintage binoculars & case

Vintage Occupied Japan ceramic salt and pepper shakers set, period style binoculars and case. These are nice and clean with original cork stoppers, but they were roughly painted, and have some sloppy paint and paint chipping.
