Porsgrund Norway porcelain charger plate or tray, blue & white peacock bird

Vintage Porsgrund Norwegian china charger or serving plate, about 12 1/2" in diameter. We love this pattern... a crested bird (peacock?) in cobalt blue on pure white. This piece is in excellent condition, I don't believe it was ever used.
