Santa Claus & Christmas elf, spaghetti china figurines miniatures, made in Japan?

Unmarked spaghetti china Santa and old elf - these are unmarked, Japan or maybe Taiwan? These measure just over 2" tall, and are both in excellent condition. I like this set, it's so nice to see a Santa with a friend of his own age!
