Hand painted rosemaling charger or wall plaque, about 16 3/4" in diameter, signed Karl K Reese, Madison Wisconsin.

The white background is traditional Scandinavian country style, very popular here in Wisconsin farm country! This does show wear and cracking to the paint, which doesn't really detract from it's old world folk art charm.
