Scottish heather plaid hand-painted tartan ware ceramic platter, vintage Stetson china

Scottish highlands plaid brown and green hand-painted china platter with a Scots bagpiper on the reverse, vintage Stetson china, I think. This measures 11 1/2" long, and is in very good clean condition without damage or a lot of wear.
