VIP Cranston print cotton cut and sew panel, Halloween vest holiday ugly sweater style

Super simple Halloween vest to cut and sew, this VIP Cranston Print Works panel has the S-M-L multi size design and instructions printed right on the fabric. A fun project for those beginning to sew. There's a bit of the selvage trimmed off (see photo), this doesn't go near the actual pieces.
