Victorian era antique china mustache cup marked Germany, forget me nots floral on pink w/ gold

Very fancy German porcelain mustache cup, late 1800s or very early 1900s vintage, so Victorian! This is nice and clean without damage or wear, it looks as though it's been saved away for well over a hundred years unused.
