WWII vintage feedsack fabric, Victory women print female bust heads red white blue

1940s vintage cotton print feed sack fabric, about 36" x 30" overall. This has an interesting and unusual print - we've never seen this design before. It's very slightly faded, with a few light spots from its life as a feed bag.
