Calyx Ware old antique Adams - England china bowl, peonies w/ laurel border, Metz

Early century vintage English china vegetable bowl, marked Adams - Calyx Ware - England. Measures 9" x 6 3/4" with octagonal shape, it's in excellent condition without chips or cracks. The oriental style pattern looks like Chinese peonies, with a yellow-gold band and pink laurel leaf border.

This has a blue or celadon green tint to the glaze, inside and out. I've never seen this color on Adams china before, though it looks original to the piece. It's very pretty!
