Swiss or German etched crystal glass decanter bottle, alpine skier, hand-numbered

Vintage wheel-cut crystal decanter bottle with skiing scene, hand-numbered '29' on the bottom. The bottle with stopper in place measures 11 1/2" tall, and is in excellent condition. This we believe this is Swiss or German (looks like Bavarian work to us) but might be French? We don't know very much at all about art glass from France, sorry!
