antique 1800s vintage wax head doll with glass eyes, molded hair, earrings

Antique doll with glass eyes, waved hair (no wig), pierced ears. (Only one earring remaining.) Dolls are not my specialty - I loved the original cotton dress and underwear, and her feet with the molded high button boots! She's about 15 1/2" tall.

I believe this might be a wax head, I did not see any markings but I did not remove her clothes to check the shoulders or body. Her eyes are glass, in good condition. Her head has crazing or cracking, front and back. Hands (china, I think) have broken fingers. Clothes show age, some browning and foxing.
