antique French ironstone tureen or covered dish, 1880s patent date vintage Lilly T&V France

Antique ironstone china covered dish marked T &V France - this lovely floral pattern is called 'Lilly', and has a patent dated 1884. Very unusual pale tan color transferware, so pretty against the white china.

The bowl measures 10 1/2" across the handles, probably a potato bowl or vegetable dish, I think? Very minimal scratching and discoloration to bowl or lid, but there's a couple of chips to the foot of the bowl - see photos,
