antique Haviland Limoges gold & white porcelain tureen or covered bowl, circa 1903

Gold trimmed white china tureen or covered serving dish with stamped mark and marked in red Theodore Haviland - Limoges - France - patent applied for. (I believe this mark dates to 1903 or very shortly thereafter.)

It's 10" across the handles, with a lovely very ornate embossed pattern. There's very slight wear to the gold, but no chips or damage to the porcelain. A lovely old piece of french china to use or collect!
