antique Victorian hand fans, silver floral paper & sheer silk tulle w/ sequins, probably French

Turn of the century vintage hand fans, two different fans in this lot. One is painted or block printed paper with white painted wood, the other has a carved design on the ribs, and is sequin embroidered sheer silk. Neither has any markings that I could find, though I'd expect the sequined fan is French, late 1800s or very early 1900s.

Both fans have some condition problems (a few tears to the paper as shown, and the fabric splitting on one layer on the tulle of the fabric fan). Both are clean, and display beautifully yet - they're unfaded, and not terribly brittle.
