antique decorative plate w/ fish, reticulated china probably Germany turn of the century

Turn of the century vintage china plate with reticulated pierced edge, painted pink luster - and a fish at the center! This is a great, quirky piece which is just not the sort of thing you see except in vintage items. So Victorian in style, and so full of character.

This measures 6 1/2" in diameter across the open lace edge. It's not marked at all, though I'd expect it's probably German. China has no chips or cracks, but the fish decal has a bit of wear.
