antique brown transferware china, Chelsea rectangular platter or tray w/ aesthetic floral

Antique English Staffordshire transfer china platter or tray, with a lovely aesthetic period floral in brown, circa 1880s.

It's heavy ironstone or semi-porcelain china, marked PB& S (Powell, Bishop and Stonier) Chelsea.

This measures 14" long x 9 1/2" wide over the rim of the platter. There's no chips or cracks, but there's crazing and a few brown spots or marks from iron in the clay.
