antique china cream pitcher w/ pair of white doves, shabby vintage decor

I've never seen this china pattern before, in all the years I've collected, bought and sold antique and vintage dishes. It's a pair of white doves, love birds in a medallion surrounded by flowers. Makers mark is ERS (I think?) semi-vitreous china, not a mark I'm familiar with.

This is a little milk pitcher or creamer, about 3 3/4" tall. It's very crazed, browned and worn - no chips or cracks. Wouldn't this be lovely for a Valentine's day display, or as rustic style wedding decor?
