antique china plate Imperial Austria Handpainted, factory painted artist signed early 1900s backstamp

Early 1900s vintage hand painted china plate with a couple of backstamps. It's marked PSL Imperial Empire (the manufacturer of the porcelain) and also Imperial Austria Handpainted (the factory which did the painted decoration).

It's a floral design (anemones?) in white, natural browns and greens for the foliage. Artist signature on the front, hand numbered on the back as shown.

This is about 8 3/4" in diameter, in very good condition. Gold trim looks good, china has no chips, cracks or staining.
