vintage hand painted pottery stein w/ Imperial eagle, artist signed Handmade in Russia

Tall stein with the Imperial Russian double eagle on top of the cover, marked Handmade in Russia and also a Cyrillic mark as well as artist's signature. Beautifully made, this reminds me of the very early Polish pottery imports. I'm uncertain as to it's exact vintage.

The mug is about 6 1/2" tall, it's 9 3/4" tall to the top of the lid. No chips, cracks or staining. This is in very nice condition.
