antique china vase, bluebells shape w/ Victorian boy & watch dog standard poodle

Unmarked Victorian era antique china flower vase with a boy and a large poodle... we love this piece, love the shape, love the pretty decal! It's about 6 3/4" tall overall, in good shape but for a chip to the rim.

We'd guess this is probably Germany or possibly French, made for export. It probably wasn't the world's most expensive piece to begin with, but it's well over 100 years old, and just a charming thing all in all.
