antique hand painted topographical scenic view china tea cup, unmarked 1800s vintage Derby or Minton

Unmarked (probably English I believe) hand painted china tea cup with scenic view on the coast - I don't recognize these ruins (a castle or abbey?) though the setting looks UK, rather than continental Europe. It's difficult to precisely date a piece without markings, but I'd guess this is mid 19th century, Minton or Derby china in their glory days.

This is very beautifully painted, and in very good condition overall. No staining, no chips or cracks, very minimal wear from handling. Gold trim at the rim shows no signs that this was ever used.
