antique moss rose pattern ironstone china covered dish & huge platter, browned patina

Victorian vintage moss rose pattern covered serving dish and huge platter (platter is 16" x 12" overall!).

These pieces are good old English ironstone, showing more than a century of age and use - chipped and cracked. Also these pieces are VERY browned (much more in some areas than others as you can see in the photos).

It might soak out, it might not - we haven't done more than gently wipe this with a soft damp cloth. We've left it just as we found it, and will leave the possibilities of cleaning this up to you.
