antique parian bisque china figurine marked Germany, horses mare and foal

Beautiful old German figurine of a mare and her foal, marked Germany. This has a partially painted finish which we believe is original to the piece, now a little worn and scratched from age and handling.

This is marked Germany on the base as shown, with no date or other marks that we could find. There's an old repair (glued neck, very neatly done - please see photos). Measures 4 1/2" long x 3 3/4" tall.
