antique plank back original painting, sunset landscape in ornate gesso picture frame

Beautiful old plank backed painting of a river at sunset in a silver gesso frame. The entire piece measures 16 1/2" x 22" overall. The painting has some wear but overall the condition looks good for it being almost a hundred years old.
