antique scuttle type shaving mug, Victorian Edwardian vintage gold painted china cup

Antique china shaving mug all hand painted with gold. It's about 4" tall, unmarked - probably Germany, I think.

There's a tiny chip to the rim as shown, but overall this one looks very good. I don't believe it's ever been used.
