old antique rug beater w/ green painted wood handle, Victorian or Edwardian vintage

Late 1800s or early 1900s vintage rug beater with wooden handle, about 28 1/2" long end to end. This makes a nice display piece for the mudroom or laundry or kitchen in modern primitive style.
