antique slip shade sconces pair of wall lights, early electric vintage lighting

Pair of antique cast metal wall sconces designed for glass slip shades... these look like Markel light fixtures to us, though we couldn't find any markings.

The original finish looks very good with only slight scratching and wear. But there's no trace of the original wiring, and we don't have any shades for this set. They're 9 3/4" long, and would hold shades 5" wide.
