pair antique vintage AO American Optical 12k gold spectacles w/case

Pair of vintage old ornate gold framed spectacles with a black leatherette covered steel case. The top of the frame and the temples and embossed with and ornate design. The spectacles have curved cable temple earpieces and are marked "AO 1/10-12K GF" (12 karat - gold filled) on the bridge. They are also marked with a circle with a horizontal line and "22" on the bridge. These measure about 4 1/2" across and about 4 1/2" long on the temples.
