Circa 1890s vintage china plate with a pretty girl and a border in flow blue, advertising a delicatessen / tobacco and candy shop, no city given.

This came to us out of a estate in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area, so we'd guess Milwaukee or Chicago, but there's really no knowing how far this piece has traveled!
