antique vintage little blue boy hand-painted china figurine flower planter

Blue boy or Little boy blue china planter, with a boy in a Little Lord Fauntleroy suit and collar. It's about 4 1/2" tall overall.

This doesn't appear to be marked that we could find, only numbered as shown. We believe itt's probably German or Austrian rather than made in Japan?

The paint is rubbed or worn in a few spots, though this in nice and clean overall. We didn't see any chips, cracks or repairs, but we've taken a lot of photos for you as this is used, and not in perfect condition.
