antique vintage toleware serving tray, shabby painted flowers tole tin tray

Shabby but pretty old hand painted tole tray, with floral bouquet on black. This measures about 23 1/2" x 16" across the rim.

This doesn't have a label or a signature that we could see, but it's heavy and well made. There's noticeable wear to the paint, but not a lot of rust or roughness.
