vintage English toleware tray, Victorian art reproduction tin metal tray Elite London

Large vintage (1960s?) metal tray with Victorian art design, two little girls. This has the original label from Elite Trays - Metal Tray Manufacturing - London on the back.

It measures about 16 1/4" x 13" over the rim. The litho print design has a little spotting and light finish wear.
