antique vintage cast metal pewter tray or pin dish, embossed baby chick & egg

Unmarked early 1900s pin dish probably made for a baby gift, with a chick just hatched from it's egg.

This is some sort of pewter looking cast metal which could possibly contain lead, so please don't give it to a baby!

It's 4 1/2" long overall, and remarkably detailed - a beautiful old piece in excellent condition.
