antique white ironstone china pitcher or milk jug, lions head John Edwards England

Very shabby antique white ironstone pitcher with lion's head handle, beautifully modeled. This is marked John Edwards - England. It's about 6" tall.

This has an old crack to the handle, and some chips to the foot. There's more spotting to the interior than the exterior, whit is pretty nice and white yet.
