Vintage early plastic cabinet door shelf rack. It is made to mount on the inside of a cabinet door to hold storage jars, tins, spools of ribbon or thread etc.. It is marbled early plastic, but we don't think that it's bakelite.
This rack measures about 13 1/2" long.
