1980s - 90s brass bracket with wood shelf, classically styled - maybe Bombay Company? Shelf is grooved for a plate or a piece of artwork, but it would also work well for figurines or a clock. Shelf is 10" wide x 6" deep, 7 1/2" tall with bracket.
