art nouveau antique silverplated pickle or oyster fork, Waltham silver vintage 1900

Beautiful ornate small fork with spear tines - I've seen these called pickle forks, but I believe it's actually a oyster fork?

This looks to be marked Waltham on the back, seems very typical of their work, with this art nouveau stylized design. It's very tarnished but doesn't look as though it's had much use, silver does not look worn.
