12 antique azalea lily floral china butter pat plates, vintage Germany?

Set of twelve floral pattern embossed china butter pats (3 1/2" in diameter) without maker's marks. It's a lovely set in very good condition, with very little wear or damage. (One of these does have a tight hairline.) We love the flowers (pink azaleas or lilies ?) and sprays of blue forget-me-nots.

These came out of an estate with a lot of beautiful older Bavaria and German porcelain, and we're thinking it might be Germany, or Bavaria or Austria? The china looks more European than English or American, we think.
