vintage farm primitive, big old kraut cutter wood slaw box board
more photos of this product belowOld wooden slaw board, used to cut cabbages for homemade sauerkraut or pickles with cabbage, like chow-chow or india relish. This came out of a farm estate in Wisconsin, it's a good big one, and solidly built, made for heavy use.
The board has inset steel blades, and measures 30" long, about 8 1/2" wide. This is in good usable shape, still has the fingerjointed cabbage box, and the blades look sharp. A nice old piece of antique kitchenware to use, or for your collection.
