big old wallpaper / paint brush or hand broom, wood handle sisal or jute fiber

Vintage brush with wood handle, sisal bristles I think. This works well as a hand held sweeper, though it was probably made for wallpapering.

It's 6" wide, and shows some bending to the bristles though they're nice and clean. I think the broom will straighten up with a little use, or maybe wetting, reshaping and drying.
