vintage replacement lid for old blue willow pattern china tea pot

Blue Willow pattern lid for a teapot... we never have had the pot that goes with this lid, but thought we'd carefully measure it, to try to match it up happily with a tea pot!

This isn't marked at all, though we'd guess it's vintage USA china, possibly Japan, probably not England. It's not antique, most likely mid-century vintage.

The lid measures 3 7/8" over the entire lid, rim edge to rim edge. The fitter measures 3 1/8" across the outside edges. There's some staining and soil marks to the lowest edge of the fitter (where in fits inside the teapot). Otherwise, no damage, this looks nice, just a little crazing.
